Terms and Conditions for Services
These rules govern the ordering and provision of services offered on the website https://vimhaf.world (NamePuzzle) and apply to the relationship between the service provider and the customer.
1. Details of the Service Provider
- Name: NamePuzzle
- Registered address: 49 Ayni Street,734042 Dushanbe, Tajikistan
- Email address: [email protected]
2. Scope
These rules apply to the services published on the website, irrespective of whether the customer acts as a consumer or as an organisation. The contract is concluded electronically, and its terms are reflected in the order and confirmation emails.
3. Services and Prices
The description, format and, where stated, the price of each service are published on its page. Where no price is indicated, the service provider sends an individual offer. Amounts are stated in the currency shown on the page or in the offer, and value added tax information is contained in the offer or invoice. If an obviously incorrect price appears on the website by mistake, the service provider will notify the customer before the order is confirmed, and the customer alone will decide whether to place the order at the correct price.
4. Placing an Order
- The customer expresses the wish to order a service on its page through the contact form.
- Until the form is submitted, the customer may amend the information entered; after submission, corrections may be requested by email.
- The service provider promptly confirms by email that the order or enquiry has been received.
- The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer sent by the service provider by email.
5. Payment and Performance
Where the order is placed on the basis of an offer, the method and time limit of payment are determined by that offer. The service provider performs the service in the form described on the website or in the accepted offer and issues an invoice. If performance of the service becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the service provider's control, it shall promptly inform the customer and agree a new time limit.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract (for Consumers)
Consumer rights are established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Protection of Consumer Rights) and the Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan (Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan).
- The customer may withdraw from the contract for the provision of services but must pay the service provider for the expenses actually incurred by it.
- Withdrawal is sufficient by letter to [email protected] or by post to the service provider's address.
- The service provider refunds any sums paid by the same method by which they were received, less the value of the part of the service already provided and the expenses actually incurred.
7. Complaints and Disputes
A complaint may be sent to the email address [email protected] or by post to the service provider's address. The service provider acknowledges receipt of the complaint and provides a written response within a reasonable period.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the court in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Republic of Tajikistan applies to the contract. Amendments to these rules do not affect contracts already concluded. Information on how personal data is processed is set out in the section Privacy Policy. Last updated: 20 October 2026
